At Moon Ridge Farms LLC, we take pride in providing quality products and services. Please review the following terms before making a purchase:

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in limited circumstances outlined below.

2. No Standard Returns

Due to the nature of our products—including culvert pipe, aggregate materials, equipment rentals, and delivery services—returns are generally not accepted. This policy helps us maintain the integrity, safety, and pricing of our operations.

3. Exceptions – Case-by-Case Review

We understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe there is a valid reason to request a return, refund, or credit, you may contact us within 3 business days of your purchase or delivery. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of Moon Ridge Farms LLC.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us immediately and provide supporting photos. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a suitable remedy, which could include repair, replacement, or partial refund.

5. Custom Orders and Special Materials

Custom-sized materials, special orders, or large-quantity deliveries are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct product type, size, and quantity is ordered. We recommend contacting us with any questions before placing your order.
